Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of launchsaas.fun (the “Platform”). By connecting a wallet, signing in, launching a token, trading, or using any generated application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. What the Platform is

The Platform is a software interface that (a) helps you create a token on the Solana blockchain through the third-party Pump.fun programs, (b) configures an on-chain creator-fee split of 70% to a project treasury, 30% to the Platform operator and 0% to you, and (c) operates AI agents that attempt to plan, build, deploy and market a software product using funds that arrive in that treasury. The Platform does not issue tokens, does not custody your trading funds, and does not control the Pump.fun programs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain tokens in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including tax and securities laws.

3. No guarantees

• Creator fees are unpredictable and may be zero.
• AI-generated plans, estimates, code and content are provided “as is”. Estimates are not quotes. Delivery of any feature, product, revenue or timeline is not guaranteed.
• Generated applications may contain defects or security vulnerabilities.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. The Platform cannot reverse, refund or modify any transaction you sign.

4. Fee split and treasury

The creator-fee split is written to the Pump.fun fee-sharing program in the launch transaction you sign and is permanent. The project treasury is operated by the Platform under published spending rules: funds may be spent only on approved expenses in the categories shown on the treasury dashboard, after human approval and audit logging. You do not own the treasury account and have no right to withdraw its balance. The 30% Platform share is the Platform’s revenue.

5. Your content and conduct

You retain rights to the ideas and materials you submit and grant the Platform a licence to use them to operate the service, including providing them to AI providers and publishing project information on public dashboards. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, attempt to interfere with the Platform, or use it to launch tokens that misrepresent facts.

6. Generated applications and code

Code generated for a project is stored in a repository controlled by the Platform operator and licensed to the project as described in the project dashboard. Domains purchased with treasury funds are held in custody for the project as recorded on the dashboard.

7. Third-party services

The Platform relies on Solana, Pump.fun, wallet providers, AI providers, hosting providers and registrars. Their availability, terms and fees are outside the Platform’s control.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF TOKENS, FUNDS, DATA, PROFITS OR OPPORTUNITY, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Termination

The Platform may suspend accounts, pause projects or pause the Platform (including fee distribution cranks and AI execution) for security, legal or operational reasons. On-chain tokens and fee configurations continue to exist independently of the Platform.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
