How LaunchSaaS works

Launch a token → Fund development → Watch AI build → Use the product → Improve the product.

1. Launch

You describe the product, token details and approve an AI blueprint. We create a dedicated project treasury, pin token metadata to IPFS, and build one Solana transaction containing: create_v2 (Pump.fun token creation), treasury rent funding, create_fee_sharing_config and update_fee_shares_v2. Your wallet signs it; the mint keypair is discarded after creation. Nothing is sent until you sign.

2. Creator-fee allocation (on-chain)

  • Project treasury: 70% (7000 bps)
  • LaunchSaaS protocol: 30% (3000 bps)

This applies only to Pump.fun creator fees. Pump's fee-sharing config can be set once and is then locked; we read it back from chain and the project is only marked ACTIVE if it matches exactly. If token creation succeeds but configuration fails, the project enters RECOVERY_REQUIRED with a guided second transaction.

3. Treasury rules

  • Each project has its own treasury account; funds are never mixed.
  • Balances are read from chain and reconciled against an append-only ledger with idempotent entries.
  • Spending requires an expense request → approvals (two for large amounts) → a scoped, expiring authorization → policy checks → payment → receipt. Everything is audited and public.
  • Admins cannot transfer funds to arbitrary wallets. The platform has an emergency pause.
  • AI agents can never move money; they file requests.

4. Funding stages (policy thresholds, not cost guarantees)

$0–$49Idea validation and lightweight planning
$50–$199Requirements and architecture
$200–$499Prototype implementation
$500–$999MVP implementation and testing
$1,000+Extended development, deployment and maintenance

Suggested allocation of the treasury (configurable planning targets): Software development and AI inference 40% · Hosting, domains and infrastructure 15% · SEO and content marketing 15% · Paid advertising 20% · Operations and reserve 10%.

5. The AI startup team

CEO, CTO, Product, Architect, Frontend, Backend, QA, Security, DevOps, Maintenance, SEO, Marketing, Finance and Operations agents each have distinct tools and permissions. Code is written into a dedicated GitHub repository, executed only in isolated sandboxes, tested, security-reviewed and deployed to isolated hosting. Production deploys and any paid spend require human approval. Every activity entry is tied to a real event: a commit, a test run, a deployment, a transaction.

6. Risks

Tokens are speculative and may lose all value. Creator fees are not predictable. AI-built software may have bugs. Estimates are not guarantees. LaunchSaaS never custodies trading funds.
