This policy explains what launchsaas.fun collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Wallet addresses and signed sign-in messages (nonce, domain, timestamps). We never ask for seed phrases or private keys.
• Session data: an HttpOnly cookie, IP address and user agent for security and rate limiting.
• Project content you submit (ideas, descriptions, images, token details) and content generated for your project.
• Public blockchain data indexed from Solana (trades, balances, fee distributions).
• Admin records: expense approvals, receipts and audit logs.

How it is used

To operate the Platform, display public project dashboards, run AI agents (your project content is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate plans and code), process treasury expenses, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

What is public

Project names, descriptions, token data, treasury balances and transactions, activity feeds, roadmaps, business plans and your wallet address as project creator are public by design. Do not include confidential information in project content.

Sharing

With service providers needed to run the Platform (hosting, database, RPC, AI, code hosting, storage, registrars), and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Sessions expire after 7 days. Audit and financial records are retained as required for accounting. Treasury signing keys are encrypted at rest; access is limited to the policy-controlled payment service.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access to or deletion of personal data that is not part of immutable blockchain or financial audit records. Contact the operator through the address published on the site.
